Welcome to More Yogi, a space dedicated to self-discovery, harmony, and growth. My name is Maryna, and I’m delighted to share my journey in the world of yoga with you.
For the past seven years, yoga has been an integral part of my life—a practice that transformed my approach to movement, mindfulness, and living. In 2019, my path led me to India, the birthplace of yoga, for deeper studies. What began as a short trip turned into a profound life-changing experience when I found myself staying through the lockdown. Far from feeling “stuck,” I discovered a second home and a source of endless inspiration.
My story, however, started long before yoga entered my life. For years, I was a dancer and choreographer, immersed in the world of physical expression and performance. In dance, the focus was often external—perfecting techniques, competing, and striving for recognition. But yoga brought me a new perspective, one that shifted my attention inward. It became a practice of self-awareness, guiding me to listen to my body, connect with my breath, and embrace every moment as it is.
At More Yogi, my mission is to share this philosophy with my students. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you embark on your unique path. Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a way to cultivate inner peace, joy, and balance. Through the conscious movement of asanas, we can reconnect with ourselves and find harmony in our daily lives.
